Thursday, October 1 - Sunday, October 4 AONN+ will continue to advance the navigation profession by expanding the scope of educational sessions, networking opportunities, and NEXT (Navigators Exploring Xtra Tracks) day sessions through this annual meeting. In addition, this meeting will address the evolving challenges of program improvement, the role of personalized medicine, and implementation of best practices in navigation, survivorship, and psychosocial care. Target Audience This activity has been designed to meet the educational needs of oncology nurse navigators, registered nurses, patient navigators, case managers, care managers, administrators, social workers, practice managers and oncologists whose focus is on cancer care and survivorship.
