Give Your Body a Tune Up!

A GMC Rehab expert will discuss a variety of exercises and how they can give your body that just right tune up. Demonstration of some customized exercises will be done that are gentle but effective. Participation encouraged but optional. A light lunch will be served.

This session will be led by Kathleen Fulginity, GMC Rehab Services Physical Therapy Assistant and STAR Certified Clinician at the Cancer Support Center. The event is free, but requires registration. To register, call 678-312-3100.
