Paul Prebble, CA, is a financial advisor to Georgia CORE, responsible for developing performance-based systems for monitoring research contracts and managing accounts receivable/payable. Mr. Prebble has extensive experience in accounting/finance, auditing, human resources, and sales and operations. He has worked in private and publicly held corporations in the manufacturing and service sectors, including six years in public accounting. Additionally, he has provided in house counseling to business leaders on business planning, financial analysis, compensation design, operational reviews, regulatory audits and financial statement preparations and reviews.

Prior to joining the Georgia Core staff, Mr. Prebble was manager of human resources for 3M Health Information Systems, Inc., of Atlanta, a subsidiary of 3M Company that develops software and provides consulting services to hospitals with a focus on revenue cycle applications. He also provided executive and financial recruiting services to MCI Corporation in Atlanta, and held both financial management and auditing positions with Reed International, a multinational corporation based in London, England.

Mr. Prebble earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from York University in Toronto, Canada. He is a Chartered Accountant and is certified in Six Sigma.
