Representing the community-at-large, Dr. Seay is the Treasurer of the Georgia CORE Board of Directors. He is a medical oncologist in private practice with Atlanta Cancer Care in Atlanta, Georgia. He has served as an advocate for incorporation of an integrated electronic medical record in the community oncology practice setting. Dr. Seay serves as the Principal Investigator for the Atlanta Regional Community Clinical Oncology Program. He served on the Executive Committee for the development and incorporation of the Georgia CORE. Dr. Seay earned his Doctor of Medicine from James H. Quillian College and his Doctor of Philosophy in Biomedical Sciences (Molecular Immunology) from East Tennessee State University. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Medical Oncology.
