Phillip Street has practiced law in the life sciences/healthcare field since 1986. His primary areas of practice include health care and life sciences transactions, including business formations, venture financings, mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures and the commercialization of life sciences research. He serves as legal advisor to life sciences companies, medical research organizations (pre-clinical and clinical), physician research consortiums, pharmaceutical and biotechnology corporations, medical device companies, academic medial research universities, hospitals, and other healthcare and life sciences related entities. Mr. Street is listed in the Chambers & Partners 2005 and 2006 Client’s Guide of Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business. Mr. Street is also recognized as one of the leading attorneys in America in The Best Lawyers in America, listed in the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s “Who’s Who in Health Care,” and is AV® rated by Martindale-Hubbell*. Mr. Street is a member of the Grady Health System Board of Visitors; Executive Committee of Southeast Bio/Southeast Life Sciences Association; and a member of the St. Joseph’s Council for Translational Research. Mr. Street currently Chairs the Kilpatrick Stockton Health & Life Sciences Practice Group.

Mr. Street graduated from Vanderbilt University with a B.A. in Economics in 1982, received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law in 1986 and his Masters in Taxation from New York University in 1989.
